All requests of return must be raised within seven (7) working days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email us at crm@beijerref.co.in to obtain a Material Return Authorisation (MRA) number. To get MRA, you need to mention the reason due to which you wish to return the material. If the reason is not pertaining to deficiency in service by Beijer Ref India Pvt Limited, you will have to pay some nominal Material Return charges, which will be conveyed to you along with MRA number provided to you thru email. After receiving a MRA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and send your return to the

Please note, customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a reputed / trackable method to send your return.
Customer need to ensure that items are returned without any damage. In case of damage the value of product will be revised based on the assessment of the beijer ref india which will be final and binding.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least six (6) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
